Controller and scope
The scope covers public pages, project content, enquiry forms, phone, email, WhatsApp and optional third-party content.
Data and collection
We may process name, phone, optional email, message and project interest, together with limited security logs, device/browser information, language and cookie preferences. Special-category data is not requested.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to respond to enquiries, provide project information, run the sales process, secure the service, protect legal rights and meet legal obligations. Processing relies on the conditions in Article 5(2) of Law No. 6698; separate consent is used where no other condition applies.
Sharing and transfers
Data is not sold. It may be shared only as necessary with authorised staff, hosting and IT suppliers, professional advisers and competent authorities. International transfers are made only under the safeguards and conditions of Article 9.
Retention and security
Records are retained only for the purpose and applicable statutory periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Appropriate access control, logging and technical/administrative safeguards are applied.
Your choices and rights
You may manage optional cookies at any time. Under Article 11 you may request access, information, correction, deletion, notification to recipients, object to automated results and claim compensation where applicable.
